Our Robotics teams had a fantastic time at the Vex Robotics National Championships in Coventry.

After tense qualifying rounds, Team Allen qualified for the Grand Final, narrowly missing out on victory to a very strong team from King Henry VIII in Coventry. They brought a Divisional Title back to Radley and await confirmation of an invitation to the World Championships in Dallas. They also won the coveted Sportsmanship Award, which has been won by Radleians for two years in a row.

Team Autone made it to the divisional quarter-finals, an improvement on last year’s performance. However, the boys’ innovative robot was judged to be the winner of the Create Award – for unique design and build quality. A great achievement.

Our boys gave a wonderful account of themselves and we are very proud of them.
